A Festive Celebration to Close the Autumn Term at Cartmel Priory

Yesterday, we marked the end of the autumn term with a truly memorable Carol Service held in the stunning setting of Cartmel Priory.

The afternoon was a joyful celebration of music, reflection and community, with pupils from Reception through to Year 13 taking part. The programme showcased the breadth of talent across the school, including a staff choir, beautiful brass performances, solo singing, and performances from both our Senior School boys’ and girls’ choirs. It was a real treat and a wonderful reminder of the strength and spirit of our school community.

We were also delighted to welcome a number of Stannites to the service, making the occasion even more special and reinforcing the strong connections that span generations at Windermere School.

As we head into the Christmas break, we would like to thank everyone who contributed to such a meaningful and uplifting afternoon.

From all of us at Windermere School, we wish you a very Merry Christmas.
